Lets have look at some of the cause of severe acne. As we know, that acne is caused due to change imbalance in production of hormones. Cause of severe acne is not over production of hormones but is due to hyper-response to the hormones.

Severe acne could also be caused due to some creams and oil, which are irritating. It could also be caused due to topical steroid creams. Corticosteroid medication also adds to the severity of acne. Severe acne could also be caused due to few other medicines/drugs such as birth control pills, certain steroids, dilantin or Lithium.

Severe acne is caused when acne affects deeper skin tissues and causes high inflammation then common acne. Avoid common skin friction, which may be due to helmets etc.

All of us know that fats are bad for obese people. What we all don't know is that our brain which is comprised of 60% fat requires polyunsaturated fats which contains omega 3s, omega 6s. These cannot be manufactured by the body but has to be consumed. Include tuna, salmon, walnuts, canola oil, and cereals in your diet for a healthy nutrition to brain.
