It is myth and no Natural Breast enlargement exercise will enhance your breasts. However, you could do some of the exercise, which helps to strengthen the chest muscles which in turn could improve your posture. There are many Natural Breast enlargement exercise proposed in yoga(which helps to strengthen chest muscles and not categorized as Natural Breast enlargement exercise) which helps in this regard. Lets look at how lifting weight could help in this regard.

The exercise is known as chest press. Popularly used by guys to have a muscular chest. First, choose a comfortable weight not too heavy. Lie on your back on a bench or floor. Hold the dumbbell with elbows pointing out slightly above your chest. Inhale and press the dumbbells upwards while extending your arms. Hold there for 10 seconds, exhale, and lower it down. Repeat it for 5-10 times per day which ever is comfortable. Remember don't overdo it and do not expect any overnight results.

Another one is a Yoga position. Lie down on with your hands on floor in front of shoulder. Keep your feet together. Now inhale and press your hands lifting the upper part of body, be in this position for 10 seconds and then exhale and lower your body. Don't strain your back in the process and do this very slow.

Next one is also a part of yoga positions. Lie down on floor on your hands and knees. Now raise your hip towards ceiling and stay there for 10 seconds. Make yourself comfortable while doing it and don't over stretch yourself. Repeat 8-10 times.
